Didn't have a duel on Sunday....

My boys, Dusty, and I have been dueling every Sunday this month. Sunday (27th) Dusty was unable to come over so I was going to introduce my nephews to the game. My daughter shanghaied the living so she and her friends could watch LOTR:ROTK. Her reasoning was that if she plugged in a movie that Daddy liked he'd forget to play Car Wars.

Dang it if she wasn't right.

We'll get that duel in yet. I REALLY need a win for WADA.

Got done over the holidays....

First draft text and artwork for The Dome in Uni, Iowa will post later today. 4 city blocks in first draft that comprise the 5 Sullideath arena located in the Waterloo ruins. Continue

A new arena...

The Dome in Uni, Iowa. I've been reading all of my "new" back issues of ADQ as well as the L'outrance supplement. I think I've got some new twists for an arena. Backstory is nearly done and the graphics should be done soon. Watch here for the posting announcement. Continue

Getting back into Car Wars after a long abscence

Greetings,

After losing my vast collection of CW items in flood waaaay back in '89. I have been re-purchasing my collection. My sons are now 2nd generation duelists. We have been enjoying the game immensely.

I'm trying to get a revised timeline going to bring us up to date in 2057.
