Detail? Considering how the various online games proceed at a more leisurely pace than in-person games, I think there is time enough to take care of the corporate book-keeping. Especially if someone works up a nice spreadsheet for tracking a corporation. Just gotta finalize the numbers for starting capital, hosting corporations, etc.
